Sr. DevOps Engineer

Sphera is a leading global provider of enterprise software and services that enables companies to manage and optimize their environmental, health, safety, and sustainability. We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our global Platform Engineering team, where you will build and maintain shared Azure services that support our product families.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain shared Azure platform services, including infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Act as an internal consultant to onboard product teams, review designs, and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Manage Azure networking, edge configurations, identity and access management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support MLOps and AI platform initiatives, including Azure AI Foundry and Databricks deployments.
• Automate security, compliance, and cost controls while driving operational excellence and reliability.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Azure PaaS and serverless compute, including App Service and Function Apps.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure as code, including module authoring and state management.
• Strong proficiency in Azure networking, API Management, and Entra ID/B2C identity configurations.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and scripting in PowerShell or Bash.
• Solid understanding of security principles, Git workflows, and agile software development practices.
