Sr. Clinical Operations Manager

Carrot Fertility is the leading global fertility and family care platform, supporting millions of members across 195 countries. We are looking for a Senior Clinical Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team, ensuring our programs run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operations point person across GCO sub-teams, maintaining consistent frameworks and timelines.
• Coordinate new projects end-to-end by identifying stakeholders and tracking deliverables across clinical, product, and partner teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide leadership with real-time visibility into program status and trends.
• Synthesize data from various tools into clear, actionable operational updates.
• Identify opportunities to use automation and workflow improvements to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or equivalent practical experience in clinical operations.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong program management skills with at least 2 years of experience in building SOPs and governance documentation.
• High comfort level with modern productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Salesforce, and BI dashboards.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to manage large datasets accurately.
