(sport domain) Senior Test Engineer, JR325

ELEKS is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join a project for a leading European health, sport, and leisure group. You will work within a support team focused on maintaining and testing 15 different microservices that power a comprehensive mobile application for class bookings, personal training, and facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of testing customer-reported bugs and feature requests in accordance with established SLAs.
• Drive end-to-end testing for new features and bug fixes while verifying integrations between various services and systems.
• Analyze product requirements and proactively suggest improvements to the platform and testing processes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation to support efficient team operations.
• Attend customer meetings and communicate project status effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong understanding of testing principles.
• Proven experience in mobile application testing (Android & iOS) and client-server architecture.
• Proficiency in API testing, database querying, and using proxy debugging tools.
• Experience with version control systems, issue-tracking tools, and monitoring logs/metrics.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
