Specialty Commercial District Lead

Lessen is a tech-enabled, end-to-end property service provider transforming how real estate services are managed at scale. We are looking for a Specialty Commercial District Lead to provide strategic oversight to operational teams and ensure the successful delivery of facilities management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term facilities management strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and financial performance.
• Identify and implement new technologies or automation tools to optimize facility operations.
• Oversee adherence to regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements across all facilities.
• Mentor and develop Facility Managers to improve professional knowledge and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the facilities management industry.
• Proven track record in vendor relationship management and people management.
• Experience managing multiple vendors for work order execution and capital projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
