Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to care through an AI-native platform. We are seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join our Trauma Care Navigation team as a Specialty Care Navigator, providing essential support and coordination for members dealing with PTSD and complex trauma.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic screenings, brief interventions, and referrals for members seeking trauma specialty treatment.
- Utilize phase-based trauma treatment models and motivational interviewing to support member stabilization and goal setting.
- Coordinate care with Spring Health providers and facilitate referrals to appropriate levels of care.
- Provide in-the-moment support and safety planning for members in crisis.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records within our electronic health record systems.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience.
Requirements
- Active independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
- Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience specifically working with PTSD and complex trauma.
- Proficiency in motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and evidence-based trauma treatments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a tech-savvy approach to digital platforms.
