Specialty Care Navigator, Trauma

Spring Health is a global mental health company dedicated to eliminating barriers to care through an AI-native platform. We are seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join our Trauma Care Navigation team as a Specialty Care Navigator, providing essential support and coordination for members dealing with PTSD and complex trauma.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic screenings, brief interventions, and referrals for members seeking trauma specialty treatment.
• Utilize phase-based trauma treatment models and motivational interviewing to support member stabilization and goal setting.
• Coordinate care with Spring Health providers and facilitate referrals to appropriate levels of care.
• Provide in-the-moment support and safety planning for members in crisis.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records within our electronic health record systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality member experience.

Requirements

• Active independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience specifically working with PTSD and complex trauma.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and evidence-based trauma treatments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a tech-savvy approach to digital platforms.
