The Specialty Care Launch Lead at Sobi is responsible for driving launch readiness and cross-regional pre-launch activities, focusing on accelerating patient identification and treatment uptake. You will lead cross-functional execution across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams to ensure the timely and compliant adoption of diagnostic pathways while maintaining high ethical standards and patient-centricity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end international launch planning and execution, adapting strategies to specific country requirements.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies across HCPs, payers, and patient organizations.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to align scientific narratives and synthesize field insights to refine strategy.
- Define and monitor KPIs, such as time-to-diagnosis and referral conversion, to drive continuous improvement.
- Deploy digital launch enablers, including omnichannel engagement plans and AI-enabled tools for performance optimization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial and launch experience, ideally within metabolic or dyslipidaemia disease areas.
- Proven track record of international launch execution in a complex matrix environment.
- Experience in building patient identification and referral approaches, including diagnostic pathway development.
- Strong proficiency in enterprise AI productivity tools and commercial analytics dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate scientific insights into actionable plans.
