Spain Payroll Specialist

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a detail-oriented Spanish Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Shared Services Team. In this fully remote role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees covered under Spanish legislation, ensuring high accuracy and compliance within a collaborative global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process for Spain-based employees accurately and on time.
• Ensure payroll activities are compliant with Spanish legislation, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Process payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and absences.
• Handle payroll queries from employees and stakeholders in Spanish and English.
• Monitor legislative changes in Spain and support the implementation of payroll process updates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in processing Spanish payroll end to end.
• Good working knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
