Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the Space Tech domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable mechanical solutions and drive critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth.
• Collaborate closely with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise in mechanical design with a high-agency builder mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of complex technical projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment while maintaining high standards of execution.
