Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the Space Tech domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps to drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and manage critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise with a high-agency builder mindset and the ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
