EWOR is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and is seeking an exceptional Space Tech Chief of Staff to join their new department. You will work alongside a team backed by successful serial entrepreneurs to build high-impact technology and category-defining ventures from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within the Space Tech domain.
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps to drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
• Architect scalable solutions and manage critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth and potential spin-off opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset with the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on market validation and scalable traction.
