Sourcing Specialist

Qualdoc is looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional to demonstrate their sourcing expertise and candidate delivery skills, with the potential to transition into a full-time Recruiter position based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using Bullhorn CRM and ZoomInfo.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines across various job boards and sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and pre-screening to ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to refine and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the Bullhorn system.

Requirements

• Proven background in candidate sourcing or recruitment support, ideally within the RPO industry.
• Hands-on experience with Bullhorn CRM, ZoomInfo, and various job boards.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and industry-standard sourcing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Skilled Trades requirements.
