Soluton Architect AWS & AI

Chaos Gears, a leading AWS Partner in Europe, is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team. You will act as the technical face of our company during the sales process, designing cloud-native architectures and helping clients unlock new value through AWS, Data, and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to translate client business needs into technical solution visions.
• Shape the technical side of offers, including project scoping, effort estimation, and engagement modeling.
• Design end-to-end cloud-native architectural blueprints and high-level designs using the full breadth of AWS services.
• Present compelling architectural concepts and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth project handover and maintain architectural consistency.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with the AWS ecosystem, including infrastructure, data, and AI services.
• Proven background in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, IaC with Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex trade-offs to C-level executives.
• Fluency in both English and Polish (C1 level).
