Solutions Partner Manager (100% remote)

Tether is a pioneer in the global financial revolution, building innovative products that empower businesses to integrate reserve-backed tokens across blockchains. As a Solutions Partner Manager within our Technology Distribution team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and governing our network of consulting firms and system integrators to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship owner for all Solutions Partners, coordinating capability assessments and improvement plans.
• Lead the onboarding of new implementation partners, including due diligence, contract execution, and certification programs.
• Oversee partner-led implementations to ensure alignment with quality standards, delivery frameworks, and project timelines.
• Monitor project portfolios, track delivery risks, and manage escalations in coordination with internal technical and product teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as project success rates and partner delivery quality, performing regular performance reviews.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Partner Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Project Governance.
• Proven experience working with implementation partners, system integrators, or consulting firms.
• Strong understanding of software and IT implementation processes, including integration, configuration, and UAT.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, AI, or enterprise open-source software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
