Solutions Intergration Specialist

We are currently seeking a Solution Integration Specialist to serve as the primary technical lead for project implementation and support, ensuring complex systems are delivered with excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead for project implementation and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with project managers to scope technical requirements and create detailed implementation plans.
• Write comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams and execution plans.
• Implement and configure IT solutions in line with project specifications and internal best practices.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IT infrastructure project implementation.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency with Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Bilingual in English and French is required.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
