Solutions Engineer Consultant

Luigi’s Box is transforming e-commerce with an AI-powered search and discovery suite used by over 4,000 online stores. We are looking for a Solutions Engineer Consultant to join our Integrations team and act as a technical authority for client-led integration projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on integration approaches, mapping technical constraints and business context to the right solutions.
• Design integration architectures, including API flows, identity management, and error handling tailored to the client's tech stack.
• Review and validate client implementations, providing concrete feedback and debugging issues without direct access to their codebase.
• Own the technical client relationship, ensuring projects maintain momentum and clear communication throughout the integration process.
• Get hands-on with JavaScript and DataLayer configurations when necessary to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Deep, hands-on experience with REST APIs and strong code comprehension in JavaScript and front-end patterns.
• Solid understanding of modern web stacks, including SPAs, server-side rendering, and middleware.
• Consulting instinct with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to both developers and business stakeholders.
• Methodical debugging skills using Browser DevTools and an ownership mindset toward project outcomes.
