Solutions Delivery Lead

Kratos Growth is seeking a Solutions Delivery Lead to join an AI-powered consumer intelligence platform that provides strategic insights for global brands. In this hands-on role, you will own the end-to-end build of client products, ensuring that data supports the commercial brief from inception to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine project briefs, maintaining the authority to veto deliverables based on data feasibility.
• Design data configurations and translate them into specific requirements for social, search, and e-commerce data teams.
• Manage the end-to-end build process, directing a team of analysts while personally handling Boolean query writing and keyword list development.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance on outputs, ensuring dashboard accuracy before handing off projects to the monthly refresh team.
• Identify opportunities to transition bespoke delivery processes into scalable, templated workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with digital data sources, including social listening, search keyword data, and ratings and reviews.
• Proven ability to write and maintain production-level Boolean queries in platforms like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or Youscan.
• Experience in building search keyword lists from scratch and developing custom taxonomies or classification schemas.
• Strong background in consumer insights, gained through agency, vendor, or client-side CMI roles.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including the ability to manage large datasets using pivots and complex functions.
