Solutions Architect

Coalition Technologies is seeking a senior-level Solutions Architect to help define, plan, scope, and execute complex web design and development projects. This role is ideal for a professional with strong solutions engineering experience and deep expertise in eCommerce and CMS platforms who can effectively communicate technical recommendations to diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Educating prospects on platform solutions such as BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and WordPress.
• Providing consultative, best-practices recommendations based on business goals and technical requirements.
• Conducting needs analysis and technical scoping sessions with prospective customers.
• Supporting the sales team through online demonstrations, conference calls, and proposal responses.
• Documenting project requirements and ensuring technical recommendations address client needs accurately.

Requirements

• 4 to 5+ years of solutions engineering experience or a similar senior-level development role.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Proven experience with eCommerce and CMS platforms, solution architecture, and project scoping.
• Ability to provide consultative presentations to C-level executives and hold in-depth technical discussions.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with a self-starting, problem-solving mindset.
