Solution&Fullstack (Python/Python&Java+ JS) - AI First

The Codest is an international software company dedicated to delivering high-quality IT solutions through a collaborative, people-first approach. We are currently seeking an experienced Solution & Fullstack Engineer to join an innovative, AI-first team working on a complex banking platform for a leading financial group in Japan.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining end-to-end fullstack solutions using Python or Python & Java on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend.
• Building responsive user interfaces and integrating them with robust backend services and APIs.
• Taking ownership of technical solutions, from requirements analysis and architecture design to implementation.
• Leveraging AI-powered development tools and automation to improve code quality and delivery speed.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical implementations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering, with strong proficiency in Python or Python & Java.
• Practical experience with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Solid understanding of fullstack architecture, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL database design.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Advanced English communication skills for effective collaboration in an international environment.
