Solution Owner (Securities & Collateral) - ID 117

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced Solution Owner to lead the functional ownership of securities financing and collateral management capabilities within a large-scale investment technology programme. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to define and implement robust end-to-end solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for securities financing and collateral management systems.
• Gather complex business requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs.
• Collaborate closely with business users, architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Lead solution discussions and provide functional guidance throughout the entire implementation process.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement to ensure high solution quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Owner, Functional Lead, or Solution Consultant in the financial sector.
• Strong domain knowledge of investment management products, including Securities Lending, Repo, and Collateral Management.
• Familiarity with SWIFT F2B processes and all major financial instruments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to work effectively within US business hours.
