Solution Integration Lead

Altimetrik is a digital business enablement company that partners with global organizations to accelerate revenue growth through agile engineering and transformation. We are currently seeking an experienced Solution Integration Lead to support a large-scale business transformation and system implementation program, focusing on functional governance, cross-functional coordination, and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional governance and coordination across operational and business teams to ensure delivery objectives and milestones are met.
• Drive UAT readiness by ensuring high-priority test scenarios, roles, and data are defined and prepared for execution.
• Coordinate test data readiness and ensure alignment across integration testing, system testing, and UAT cycles.
• Facilitate collaboration between business experts, technical teams, and country stakeholders to resolve cross-functional impediments.
• Provide functional input and operational support for cutover planning to ensure readiness and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of business operations within complex, cross-functional environments and large-scale enterprise implementation programs.
• Proven experience in UAT, integration testing, test data management, and system readiness processes.
• Ability to translate business priorities into functional requirements, testing priorities, and technical delivery plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to drive progress in international settings.
