Solution Engineer

RelationalAI is at the forefront of artificial intelligence, teaching large language models the logic, semantics, and business context of the modern enterprise. We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our globally distributed team and help build the reasoning layer for enterprise AI by solving complex, high-stakes customer problems.

Key responsibilities

• Own outcomes end-to-end, from discovery and modeling to implementation, performance tuning, and production hardening.
• Design and ship decision solutions using our modeling, reasoning, and learning stack, including ontologies, rules, and graph analytics.
• Identify platform gaps during customer engagements, build necessary workarounds, and contribute general versions back to our core product.
• Run technical discovery workshops and proofs of concept to determine viable solutions for real-world business challenges.
• Document work thoroughly and turn one-off implementations into reusable reference architectures for the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping production software, ideally within customer or partner environments.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects from ambiguous problem statements to successful production deployment.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and deep familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and comfort with declarative or logic-style languages.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
