Solution Engineer in the EU

Andersen is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to join a project focused on developing and enhancing Salesforce-based business solutions. You will work within a large-scale environment, delivering scalable applications, complex integrations, and workflow automation to support digital transformation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Extending Salesforce platform functionality beyond standard capabilities to meet complex business requirements.
• Designing and implementing custom applications and automation workflows.
• Developing robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Apex and Visualforce.
• Troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues within a multi-vendor environment.
• Utilizing modern development tools such as VS Code and GitHub for version control and deployment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in Salesforce platform development and customization.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce CLI.
• Proven ability to design custom applications and integrate Salesforce with third-party systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in both English and German.
