Solution Designer (m/f/d) - fully remote (Warsaw, PL)

Körber is seeking a skilled Solution Designer to join our growing team of experts, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative intralogistics and automation solutions for our international clients. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures and end-to-end system designs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of intralogistics and automation solutions tailored to specific customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical concepts and system architectures.
• Develop end-to-end solution layouts, including material flow, system integration, and IT interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams to ensure project success.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals and act as a technical advisor throughout the sales phase.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in solution design within intralogistics, automation, or AMR environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material flow systems.
• Professional CAD design skills and familiarity with WMS, WCS, or automation integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
