Solution Delivery Competence Leader

N-iX is a global software development company helping businesses create next-generation software products. We are looking for a Solution Delivery Competence Leader to scale our solution-based and fixed-price delivery models by codifying successful practices into a reusable framework for our project management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Solution Delivery methodology by personally managing lighthouse projects to prove and refine delivery models.
• Build and scale a PM Task Force to create reusable estimation models, staffing patterns, and governance templates.
• Drive AI adoption and optimization across project management practices to improve delivery efficiency.
• Provide expert advisory services for projects in crisis and collaborate on pre-sale activities to validate delivery feasibility.
• Codify existing successful practices from within the company into a comprehensive Solution Delivery Runbook.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end solution-based or fixed-price software projects with accountability for scope, timeline, and profitability.
• Extensive background in leading complex, multi-million-dollar engagements.
• Strong technical background sufficient to challenge estimates and technical proposals.
• Experience working in a services or outsourcing company with external clients.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a delivery context and a strategic view on their impact on project management.
