Solution Architect (Workday) - Legal Systems

TeamQuest is looking for a skilled Solution Architect to join their team and focus on legal systems within the Workday environment. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at bridging the gap between complex technical configurations and business requirements in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a technical architect for legal technology systems, providing guidance and support for configuration and use.
• Liaise with the business to understand system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis on issues, determine action plans, and implement robust solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors on system configuration, releases, and new functionality to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop calculated fields, condition rules, and business processes to meet specific organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Workday configuration experience, with Finance or Procurement modules being highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of PowerBI or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently in an agile environment.
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken.
