Solution Architect

Chaos Gears is a leading AWS Partner in Europe, supporting organizations through every stage of their cloud journey. As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as the technical heartbeat of our cloud engagements, translating complex business ambitions into robust, production-ready AWS architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end, cloud-native solutions using the full breadth of AWS services, ensuring architectural integrity and alignment with the Well-Architected Framework.
• Define automation standards and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies, overseeing the implementation of Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Act as the technical authority for engineering teams, providing guidance, solving complex technical roadblocks, and leading the development of PoCs and MVPs.
• Conduct deep-dive technical workshops with client stakeholders to uncover requirements and design multi-year cloud transformation roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales processes by defining project scopes and demonstrating technical capabilities to prospective clients.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem, including infrastructure, data, and AI services.
• Proven track record in designing distributed systems and leading large-scale cloud migrations or greenfield environments.
• Strong background in DevOps, automation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Security by Design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in both English and Polish at a C1 level.
