We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to the development of a new generation of real-time incident reporting systems that meet rigorous European Commission standards.
Key responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining the overall system architecture, translating complex business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and robust designs.
- Designing system interoperability and integration patterns, ensuring seamless communication across distributed components and external platforms.
- Leading architectural governance by establishing best practices, evaluating new technologies, and selecting optimal solution alternatives.
- Supporting software development planning, estimating activities, and ensuring the long-term maintainability and scalability of the system.
- Providing technical leadership through documentation, stakeholder communication, and mentoring development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years specifically in architecture for large-scale enterprise systems.
- Proven expertise in designing solutions based on SOA, ESB, and microservices architectures.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, including event-driven architectures, Apache Kafka, GraphQL APIs, and Redis.
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teams.
- Higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
