We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join a global Legal Operations portfolio, driving the digital transformation of legal processes across the organization.

You will play a key role in building a modern, scalable, and secure digital ecosystem for Legal, enabling greater efficiency, automation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a highly strategic role where technology, business, and legal domain expertise intersect.

What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end solution architectures for Legal Operations systems

• Analyze, evaluate, and integrate SaaS solutions within the enterprise IT landscape

• Lead cross-system architecture design across internal teams, vendors, and partners

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Drive integration architecture (APIs, middleware, ESB/EAI) across platforms

• Conduct architecture reviews and manage technical debt

• Define non-functional requirements (security, performance, compliance)

• Evaluate vendor capabilities and lead proof of concepts (PoCs)

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Enterprise Architects to define solution vision

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver business value

What we are looking for

• 7–10+ years of experience in solution / enterprise architecture

• Strong background in system integration and SaaS ecosystems

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Proven experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade architectures
