Solution Architect

Softeq is a global technology company specializing in new product development, R&D, and digital transformation. We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team and help solve complex technical challenges for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing cloud environments including networking, security models, compute patterns, and cost controls.
• Designing target data architectures, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and semantic layers.
• Defining platform network models, including private access and removal of public exposure.
• Designing data security models, including row filters, column masks, and managed versus external tables.
• Producing decision records, architectural diagrams, and traceability matrices to guide project deliverables.

Requirements

• Expertise in Databricks at the platform level, including Unity Catalog, metastores, and environment isolation.
• Deep knowledge of Azure services such as App Service, Key Vault, Container Registry, and Entra ID.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably using Bicep.
• Strong understanding of medallion architecture, semantic layer design, and data ingestion strategies.
• Proven ability to conduct architecture reviews and provide written arguments for technical decisions.
