Solution Architect (Java)

QualityMinds is seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect with a strong Java background to join our team and design scalable, modern software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with development teams and business stakeholders to shape system architecture, define technology standards, and promote engineering best practices within an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Designing IT solution architecture that aligns with complex business requirements.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive architectural documentation for new and existing systems.
• Supporting development teams during the implementation phase to ensure architectural consistency.
• Designing robust microservices-based architectures and optimizing existing system integrations.
• Ensuring all technical solutions comply with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in Java development and previous experience as a Software or Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively, with English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
