Inspeerity is seeking a versatile professional to join our team as a Solution Architect, Presales Consultant, and Team Lead. We are an engineering consultancy specializing in systems architecture and full-stack development, and we are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead presales activities and act as a trusted technical advisor during client meetings.
• Design robust solution architectures based on Java backend stacks and cloud services.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create compelling proposals, effort estimations, and risk assessments.
• Organize team workflows, mentor members, and ensure the quality of delivered solutions.
• Conduct technical interviews and establish architectural best practices across the team.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a Solution Architect, Lead Developer, or Presales Architect role.
• Strong command of Java and proven expertise in designing modern, distributed systems.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discovery workshops and present solutions to business stakeholders.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and supporting professional growth.
