Solution Architect (Compliance/Legal Operations)

For the pharmaceutical company we are looking for Solution Architect, who is experienced in Legal/Complaince  IT solutions. The main responsibilities will include designing and developing the architecture of solutions supporting Legal Operations and Compliance, analyzing and integrating SaaS solutions with the organization's IT ecosystem, collaborating with business and technical teams, and participating in projects related to cloud, security, and enterprise integration. The project utilizes technologies and platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud, as well as middleware and integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Architecting a robust digital backbone for legal operations that integrates seamlessly with client's corporate IT landscape, ensuring service excellence and business continuity

2. Ensuring all solutions meet the highest security and compliance standards to protect sensitive legal data

3. Analyzing, evaluating, and integrating SaaS solutions to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and practices while aligning with business priorities and the wider client's IT ecosystem

4. Lead and control cross-solution architecture design questions with developers, vendors, internal and external partners and design authorities

5. Architecture review of currently existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement and technical debt management

6. Research, evaluation, proof of concepts and adoption of new solutions

7. Designing non-functional requirements, screen vendor capabilities, and evaluate solution integration capabilities

8. Translating Business requirements into technical architecture

9. Creates and owns the Solution Architecture documentation

10. Seeking opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes

11. Partner with Product Managers and the Enterprise Architect to establish high-level solution intent to showcase product value for stakeholders

Requirements:

• Deep expertise & business knowledge in Legal & Compliance area

• At least 7 years of relevant IT experience, designing and implementing technology solutions in the Legal Operations field (especially Matter Management including document management and legal spend management and Contract management)

• Expertise working with SaaS solutions and vendors

• Practical experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud,)

• Knowledge of middleware architecture and ESB/EAI-based integration

• Experience creating architectural documentation (e.g. UML)

• Expertise in multiple technology domains (e.g. Cloud, Automation, Data, AI)

• Broad understanding of integration (middleware), security, infrastructure, DevOps layers, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams

• Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a vision for one or more technology domains

• Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations

• Experience in working in a multicultural and international environment
