Solution Architect AWS & AI

Chaos Gears, a leading AWS Partner in Europe, is looking for a Solution Architect to join our team. You will act as the technical face of our company, designing cloud-native architectures and guiding clients through their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and deep-dive sessions to translate client business needs into technical solution visions.
• Design end-to-end cloud-native architectures and high-level designs using the full breadth of AWS services.
• Shape technical offers, define project scopes, and estimate efforts in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Present complex architectural concepts and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions align with the AWS Well-Architected Framework, focusing on security, performance, and cost-efficiency.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with the AWS ecosystem, including infrastructure, data, and AI services.
• Proven background in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, IaC with Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical trade-offs to C-level executives.
• Fluency in both English and Polish at a C1 level.
