Solution Architect - Healthcare (Mid/Senior)

Exerizon is a fast-growing strategy and technology consulting firm that helps market leaders tackle complex challenges, from digital strategy and cloud transformation to data and AI platforms. We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team and design end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers and insurers, bridging the gap between clinical workflows and commercial business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures covering patient-facing channels, clinical workflows, diagnostics, telemedicine, and insurance products.
• Translate complex business and clinical needs into clear capability maps, target-state designs, and actionable roadmaps.
• Own the solution design across the stack, including application landscape, integration patterns, data models, and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including GDPR, medical records laws, and clinical safety standards.
• Conduct structured vendor evaluations and build-vs-buy analyses, defending recommendations with evidence-based criteria.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, including CIOs and clinical leads, to present and defend architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or senior engineering roles with end-to-end design responsibility.
• At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of both clinical processes and commercial operations.
• Strong architecture toolkit, including integration patterns, data modeling, identity management, and cloud architecture on Azure or other hyperscalers.
• Experience designing for GDPR health data, consent management, and familiarity with medical records regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce clear architecture documentation and defend designs under review.
• Full professional fluency in both Polish and English.
