About the project

The project is being carried out for one of the country’s leading energy providers, part of an international energy group and one of the largest companies of its kind in Europe. In Poland, the company serves over one million customers, supplying them with electricity and gas.

The aim of the project is the digital transformation of customer service. It involves the design and implementation of a new, comprehensive mobile application for the company’s clients. The goal is to create a modern tool that will make it easier for users to manage their accounts, make payments, monitor energy consumption, and communicate with the company.

Start date: November 2025 Contract duration: 3-4 months, with the possibility of extension Location: Remote

Tasks

• manual testing of mobile applications (both Android and iOS platforms), along with backend/API testing
• working closely with Software Developers (both on Miquido and client’s side), and other QA Engineers in small teams to deliver the highest possible quality products through the entire software development lifecycle
• creating and maintaining test scenarios and documentation (Jira, Confluence, TestMo)
• properly reporting any bugs found during the testing process
• organizing and planning your work including sprint test plans, regression testing etc.
• suggesting changes and/or improvements throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Must have

• at least 2 years in commercial/professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
• experience in mobile (both Android and iOS) and backend/API testing
• good understanding of concepts such as HTTP, HTML, REST and CSS languages/protocols
• experience with testing tools such as Charles, Proxyman and/or Postman (or similar, like Proxyman, Insomnia etc.)
• basic knowledge of Android Studio/XCode and CLI utils (adb, simctl) for testing purposes (UI inspector, performance and app profiling, logging etc.)
• experience with test documentation management platforms (TestRail, TestMo, XRay etc.) and bug trackers (Jira, Redmine, Mantis etc.)
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• very good command of written and spoken Polish (min. C1)

Nice to have

• some (even basic) experience with test automation
• basic knowledge of security/pentesting techniques
• experience in AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Quodo or Katalon Studio
