Software Quality Engineer

Grafton Recruitment is looking for a Software Quality Engineer to join a large enterprise project in the telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated test solutions within a fully remote, Agile/SAFe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated tests for UI, API, and integration layers using Java and Selenium.
• Develop and maintain scalable test automation frameworks based on Page Object Model and modular design principles.
• Integrate automated testing suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and manage execution in containerized Docker environments.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and manage reporting through Jira and Xray.
• Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to define testing strategies and conduct code reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in test automation using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong proficiency in building frameworks with Page Object Model and clear separation of test layers.
• Practical knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, Maven, and Git version control.
• Solid experience with Docker, CI/CD integration, and test management tools like Xray.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working in international, distributed teams.
