Software Engineer with AI

CodiLime is a software and network engineering expert partnering with global tech leaders to build innovative products. We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong AI focus to join our team working on a large-scale, multi-tenant B2B commercial execution platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production Python services using FastAPI, ensuring robust endpoint design and observability.
• Integrate generative AI features by connecting LLMs with enterprise data, APIs, and internal tools through prompt design and workflow orchestration.
• Evaluate AI workflows by monitoring quality, latency, cost, and failure rates.
• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes, maintaining a security-first approach to tenant isolation and data access.
• Utilize AI coding assistants effectively for development, testing, and debugging while validating all outputs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python.
• Strong expertise in FastAPI, Pydantic, and REST API design with OAuth 2.0 and RBAC.
• Solid SQL fundamentals and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience deploying and operating applications on Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications, including tool calling and prompt engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum C1 level) and a strong product mindset.
