Software Engineer

BLP Digital is a rapidly growing SaaS scale-up redefining ERP automation through agentic AI. We build intelligent solutions that automate complex processes in finance, procurement, and logistics for global enterprises, and we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our mission-driven team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high-quality product improvements.
• Design and develop clean, maintainable software using modern principles and functional patterns.
• Guide the technical direction for major initiatives and mentor team members to foster technical excellence.
• Work with a tech stack including Golang, MySQL, and Docker, deployed on Kubernetes within cloud environments.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation by sharing knowledge and continuously improving team practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a software engineering role.
• Strong understanding of software craftsmanship, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance business goals with technical efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex systems for various stakeholders.
