Key responsibilities

• Solving large-scale backend technical challenges and optimizing existing infrastructure.
• Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to deliver robust, innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
• Supporting the customer from an operational perspective when escalated by the client services team.
• Contributing to team growth by identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years supporting large-scale applications.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, specifically using Ruby.
• Extensive experience with software development in Linux/Unix environments and containerization platforms like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of Agile development practices, including automated testing, refactoring, and continuous integration.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated approach to problem-solving and life-long learning.
