Key responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of our cancer care platform with a focus on user experience, workflow integration, and robust security.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, product, data engineering, and analytics teams to build core systems that enable our care team to serve patients effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of security and compliance, ensuring all development practices align with HIPAA and SOC 2 controls.
  • Utilize modern AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development cycles and improve overall code quality.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience designing and building user-centric products with a strong technical foundation.
  • Proficiency in working across the stack, with experience in Python and AWS managed services such as EventBridge, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  • Fluent in using AI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as a core part of your development workflow.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment where adaptability is essential.
  • Prior experience with healthcare technology, including EHRs and interoperability standards like FHIR or HL7, is considered a significant advantage.
