Software Engineer (.NET)

Andersen is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join a project focused on developing an advanced operations management platform. You will contribute to building scalable solutions for infrastructure, asset, and workforce management while working within a distributed international team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new features and implement bug fixes using modern .NET technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software developers and interns.
• Design and maintain next-generation application software throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead AI-assisted development initiatives by integrating tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor into daily workflows.
• Collaborate with product management teams on training, product briefs, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in .NET development, with 5+ years in software architecture and design.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, and Blazor.
• Solid front-end skills including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and BI reporting processes.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
