Software Engineer, L3 Support (.NET) (m/f/d)

Aras Corporation is a rapidly growing leader in Product Lifecycle Management software, providing an open, low-code platform for global enterprises. We are looking for a dedicated Software Engineer to join our L3 Support team, where you will play a critical role in diagnosing, resolving, and preventing complex production issues within the Aras Innovator platform.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes across the full application stack.
• Drive escalated customer issues through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop enhancements and product improvements that address customer-reported challenges.
• Support customer upgrades and adapt existing functionality to newer product versions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while utilizing modern engineering practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial software development experience with .NET in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience using troubleshooting, diagnostic, and profiling tools.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP-based standards.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
