Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers to architect, build, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant software systems.
• Drive the technical vision for your domain, making critical decisions on multi-cloud infrastructure and in-memory technologies.
• Manage a team of engineers, owning their performance, professional growth, and day-to-day engagement.
• Partner with Product Managers to define technical roadmaps, translate epics into actionable user stories, and ensure timely delivery.
• Cultivate an inclusive team culture that empowers engineers to innovate and take ownership of their work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience programming in Python and 5+ years working with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing, mentoring, or acting as a formal Tech Lead.
• Strong experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, and continuous integration tools.
• Deep practical experience leading Agile development environments and facilitating core ceremonies.
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization and designing systems for scalability and reliability.
