Software Engineer II (Backend) - Poland

We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our fully remote team in Poland, helping us build scalable systems that streamline operations for thousands of businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test features across our application stack while ensuring high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of CI/CD workflows and automated testing.
• Take ownership of features and components, driving incremental improvements to production.
• Leverage data and metrics to inform technical decisions and enhance overall system performance.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience with a track record of high-performance delivery.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and cloud environments like AWS.
• Ability to work as a polyglot engineer and adapt quickly to unfamiliar technology stacks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.
