Software Engineer II (Backend) - Poland

We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our fully remote team in Poland, where you will contribute to building scalable, reliable systems that make a tangible difference for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test features across our application stack while ensuring high code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex customer problems into effective technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that delivers consistent value to our users.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of CI/CD workflows and automated testing practices.
• Leverage data and metrics to inform implementation decisions and drive continuous system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in software engineering with proficiency in at least one modern language like Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and cloud environments such as AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, polyglot environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
