Software Engineer (Frontend)

Maisa AI is a fast-growing, early-stage startup focused on Agentic Process Automation, helping enterprises solve complex AI deployment challenges. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our frontend team and build intuitive, powerful interfaces that provide users with visibility and control over AI-powered workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible interfaces for complex enterprise workflows and data-intensive screens.
• Develop composable, maintainable components and contribute to shared UI patterns and design systems.
• Integrate REST APIs using TanStack Query, managing caching, mutations, and data consistency.
• Write meaningful automated tests and resolve interface performance bottlenecks.
• Partner with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver features from concept through release.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production React and TypeScript applications.
• Solid understanding of React rendering, hooks, state management, and component composition.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills with a focus on accessibility and visual quality.
• Experience owning complex frontend features from initial requirements through to final release.
• Proactive approach, strong ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
