Software Engineer C#

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team, where we focus on building robust IT solutions and infrastructure that support our worldwide business operations in a culture defined by trust, respect, and empowerment.

Key responsibilities

• Support standardization and architecture review of digital lab solutions, including configuration concepts and globalization aspects.
• Develop, review, stabilize, and refactor applications using strong C# programming skills or comparable object-oriented technologies.
• Analyze and optimize MS SQL databases, focusing on performance for large data volumes, query optimization, and database design.
• Build and maintain logic for structured data processing, statistical calculations, and decision-rule modeling.
• Prepare technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer with key users and specialist departments.

Requirements

• Very strong C# programming skills or comparable software engineering experience.
• Solid experience with code reviews, refactoring, process automation, and stabilization of existing applications.
• Proven expertise in MS SQL Server, including performance analysis and productive database operations.
• Good command of German at a B2/C1 level.
