Software Engineer (Android)

As a Senior Android Developer in our Travel Experience division, you will play a pivotal role in architecting and developing high-quality mobile applications that serve millions of users worldwide, ensuring our digital offerings provide a seamless and user-friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build advanced, scalable applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain and enhance the existing codebase with a focus on CI/CD and performance.
• Identify, fix, and resolve bugs while continuously improving application responsiveness.
• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs to ensure seamless functionality.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in mobile development.
• Strong understanding of Android architecture, lifecycle, and best practices.
• Proven experience with design patterns such as MVVM, MVP, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Gradle, dependency management, and testing strategies like unit and UI tests.
• Ability to take ownership of features and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
