Software Engineer - Matrix42

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Matrix42 Empirum, including system maintenance and administrative tasks.
• Create software packages, integrate new drivers into OS templates, and support installation processes via WinPE.
• Troubleshoot issues related to patch management, depot server synchronization, and endpoint deployment.
• Manage Matrix42 Service Store in Azure, including workflow maintenance, service stability, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or JScript to support automation and system integration.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge of Matrix42 Empirum, including administration, software packaging, and OS deployment.
• Experience with Matrix42 Service Store administration, including Azure-based operations and workflow maintenance.
• Proficiency in Matrix42 Workflow Studio and the ability to create or extend workflows.
• Solid Windows administration experience and troubleshooting skills for endpoint management.
• Good understanding of MS SQL databases in the context of Matrix42 operations.
