Software Engineer - GTM Products

Wingtra AG is a venture-backed robotics scaleup dedicated to building advanced aerial robots that digitize the world. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our GTM Products team and help us scale our solutions for industries ranging from mining and construction to environmental monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Productionize prototypes by implementing authentication, error handling, data integrity, and comprehensive testing.
• Manage infrastructure including hosting, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and service releases.
• Oversee security for partner-facing software, ensuring robust authentication and data protection standards.
• Coordinate staged rollouts and pilot releases in collaboration with the GTM team.
• Build integrated solution landscapes by connecting internal data, processes, and product systems.

Requirements

• University degree in software engineering or computer science.
• 3+ years of full-stack experience with a proven track record of running customer-facing web applications in production.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Postgres, with experience in modern hosting platforms.
• Strong background in integration, specifically with CRM and ERP APIs and reconciling data across disparate systems.
• Security-literate practitioner capable of managing multi-tenant scoping and data protection independently.
